Beginner Level: While no previous experience is required, we recommend having general IT business and technical knowledge. As well as a basic understanding of IT services, such as CPUs, RAM, disk, databases, networking, servers, etc.
What You’ll Learn: The Cybersecurity Engineering course will provide you with the foundational knowledge and practical skills to succeed in entry-level IT and security roles while preparing you for both the CompTIA A+ and Security+ certifications. This track validates your understanding of core IT concepts, hardware, software, and troubleshooting, while also expanding into security principles, threat management, and risk mitigation. You will also gain hands-on experience in implementing security controls, detecting vulnerabilities, and applying best practices for protecting systems and data. By completing this course, you will be equipped with the expertise to confidently support IT environments, secure digital assets, and contribute to organizational cybersecurity initiatives.
